Sašo Peterlin

I am a consultant and lead auditor of management systems. I have been working as a consultant since 2023. Prior to that, I spent more than 25 years leading companies, organizational units and projects.

My experience spans industry, wholesale, finance and healthcare, both in international and local environments. I help owners and management teams establish structures that bring transparency, clear responsibilities and better decision-making. My work is grounded in practical experience. I always adapt the management system to the company’s actual operations, its size and its stage of development. For me, a management system is a tool for everyday use – not an administrative obligation or a collection of documents that exist for their own sake.

A change in the management system is not an easy decision for a company. It represents a shift from the comfort of the existing way of working to new habits, new rules and new agreements. Much like leaving the safety of a familiar environment to set out on a journey across the desert. It requires a conscious decision, a clear plan, the right tools and persistence to reach the destination. As a consultant, I guide you through the entire process to ensure that the system becomes practical, usable and sustainably embedded in your company’s daily operations.
