Sašo Peterlin

I am Sašo Peterlin, a management systems consultant and lead auditor. I have been working as a consultant since 2023. Before that, I spent more than 25 years managing companies, organizational units, and projects. My experience spans industrial production, wholesale, finance, and healthcare, in both international and local environments.

I support business owners and management teams in building structures that bring clarity, clear responsibilities, and better decision-making. My work is firmly grounded in practice. Each management system is tailored to the company’s operations, size, and stage of development. I see the management system as a practical tool for everyday use — not as an administrative obligation or a collection of documents with no real purpose.

Implementing a management system is often an unfamiliar and demanding journey, full of challenges — much like crossing a desert. It requires a clear direction, the right tools, and persistence. As a consultant, I guide companies throughout this journey, ensuring the system becomes practical, usable, and embedded in everyday operations.
